Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world.
Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and breath awareness (pranayama) in combination with mental concentration to develop consciousness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
Through correct alignment and conscious movement of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and an overall feeling of well-being.
All the classical techniques of a typical hatha yoga class are used.
This course ends with a meditation which brings an element of additional relaxation.
