Hatha Yoga

This is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world.

Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and breath awareness (pranayama) in combination with mental concentration to develop consciousness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Through correct alignment and conscious movement of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and an overall feeling of well-being.

Integral Hatha Yoga

All the classical techniques of a typical hatha yoga class are used.

This course ends by a meditation which brings an element of additional relaxation.
